🔎 Assess – Use your toolkit to evaluate your Adaptability Quotient (AQ) and your team’s readiness for change
📈 Apply – Pick either the ADKAR or Kotter model to structure an upcoming change initiative
💬 Lead – Host a “resilience roundtable” with your team. Ask: What’s the biggest change we’ve faced? How did we overcome it? What would we do differently next time?
💡 For example: You might guide your team through a change in reporting structures by clearly outlining each step using ADKAR: Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement.
